Remote Care Today by Seniors Home Services (SHS) delivers innovative remote care solutions designed to help seniors age safely and independently in their own homes. Our comprehensive platform empowers healthcare providers - including ACOs, MSOs, physicians, chiropractors, pharmacies, home care professionals, and others - with cutting-edge, interactive remote monitoring tools, technology and programs.
Focusing on dignified care delivery, we provide turnkey solutions that enhance patient outcomes without requiring additional staff or overhead costs. Our integrated approach connects caregivers, healthcare providers, and families through patient-centered virtual programs that simplify senior care management.
Our founders saw first-hand how aging impacted their parents, grandparents and older friends. Already successful in multiple other business endeavors, they began SHS as an “aging in place” company, designed to make the homes of seniors more compatible with aging, making them safer and comfortable. They soon learned of the potential impact Medicare’s 2015 creation of the first Remote Care CPT code, followed almost annually with new codes designed to help seniors. They found, however, that the delivery of these services was often met with skepticism by the health care community because of shortage of staff, complex billing, lack of patient engagement, etc. Determined that in-home remote care was an important part of senior care for the future, they launched Remote Care Today, providing unique solutions to improve the quality of life for seniors and their entire families.
