Leadership
Jim Bland, CEO
Jim founded Remote Care to transform how seniors experience aging, leveraging technology to ensure better patient outcomes. Throughout his decade of leading caregiver services, he observed that seniors thrive when care plans integrate cognitive exercises, balance training, and home safety modifications. By blending these clinical needs with advanced remote monitoring, he helps physicians keep patients healthy and independent at home longer.
His distinguished career includes driving growth for major brands like Better Homes & Gardens, AFLAC, and Service Master. Jim’s extensive governance experience includes serving on the Board of Maryland Bank & Trust and leading the Calvert Health Hospital System Foundation Board. Today, he is a sought-after speaker and advisor for national organizations looking to optimize their healthcare delivery and market reaching strategies through innovation and compassionate care models.
Under his guidance, Remote Care bridges the gap between traditional medicine and daily home life, prioritizing safety and vitality for every senior we serve. He remains dedicated to the belief that the right tools and thoughtful support allow every individual to age in place with dignity and lasting wellness.
