

CRM Entry Policy Reminders for 1099 Consultants
1. Avoid Duplicate or Overlapping Entries

Check if the prospect already exists under a different name, Consultant, or organization.

The Account Success Team will review and notify you if a duplicate is found.

If a conflict arises, the team will determine which Consultant will manage the prospect.
2. Activity & Inactivity Guidelines

Every prospect must have an active task and a follow-up date.

If no action is taken within 1 week, and no follow-up is set, the prospect becomes inactive.

Inactive prospects may be reassigned to another Consultant actively working on the same lead.
3. Notification Process

If your prospect is flagged as a duplicate or part of a larger entity, you will receive an email update.

The email will provide:

The prospect’s status (e.g., duplicate or linked to another entity).

The Consultant currently assigned.

Next steps for resolution, including potential collaboration.
