Terms and Conditions:

By requesting a trial account for CereSkills by Zing Performance, you acknowledge and agree that this account is intended solely for your use as a contract consultant of Remote Care Today by Seniors Home Services. Unauthorized sharing or misuse of the account is strictly prohibited.

SHS and Zing Performance have the right to cancel the account at any time and for any reason.

The purpose of trial accounts is to provide our consultants with a firsthand understanding of the service to enhance your ability to market and share the program with providers. Please note that trial accounts do not include coaching, one-on-one calls, Medical Director oversight, review, or any other services required for RTM qualification and billing to payors.

If you currently have a paid account covered by Medicare Part B insurance, you will not be eligible for a trial account. The trial account is available for 90 days from registration; regardless of your activity with the account.

Is the participant able to safely perform physical activities for approx. 10 minutes daily? Exercises involve movements such as standing on one leg, marching, turning, bending at the waist. If unsure please consult a medical Doctor. *
