These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Seniors Home Services, LLC (“SHS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of SHS websites, platforms, applications, and services, including those provided in partnership with third-party vendors and affiliates (collectively, the “Services” or “Websites”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our Websites or any SHS Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Scope of Services
These Terms apply to all digital and physical services provided by SHS, including but not limited to:

These Terms also apply to affiliates, vendors, contractors, and service providers (“Partners”) operating in collaboration with SHS to deliver healthcare, wellness, or customer support services.
2. Not for Emergency Use
THE SHS SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency facility.
3. Eligibility and Registration
By using the Services, you affirm that:

You reside in the United States and access the Services from a supported jurisdiction;

You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement;

All information you submit is truthful, accurate, and current;

If acting on behalf of an organization, you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You may be required to register and create an account to access certain features. You are solely responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes;

Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of SHS or third parties;

Introduce viruses, malware, or disruptive code into our systems;

Attempt unauthorized access to SHS platforms, networks, or data;

Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another individual or entity.

6. Use of Vendor and Partner Services
SHS may engage third-party vendors and affiliates to deliver portions of its Services. By using SHS Services, you consent to this involvement.
All SHS vendors must adhere to our privacy and security standards and, where applicable, sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) to ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and related healthcare regulations.

9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS.
Claims must be brought in your individual capacity only.
Refer to Section 20 of our Arbitration Agreement (available upon request) for more details.
10. Modifications to Terms
SHS may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on our Website. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
